Re: Renault Trafic 2.0 DCi 2007 Non start :-UPDATE

Firstly for Alan, The clip did not have the function to display Injector activity, leaving us blind on that aspect, or Airbagman did'know how to use it.However,we have found out that the one piece leak off rail has a valve at the end that opens at 10 bar to provide counter pressure for the injector to operate. We released No.4 leak off and fitted a primer ball with a one way valve and a guage into the rail. When to bar pressure is applied it starts and runs on 3 and bit cylinders(No 4 leak off exposed to atmosphere and no leak off occuring)Rail pressure on start up is 225 bar, rises to303-309 bar.Can only run for about 3 minutes as the leak off pressure gets to 8 bar and one joint we have made blows off. When the fuel systems are dry(factory assembly)how to they get the 10 bar pressure in the rail or is it a fault of all the hydraulic amplifiers in the injectors ?
