The front timing belt labour time is 3.8 hours, so I charge 4.7hrs for both belts. (0.9 for rear belt).
Yes I have done the rear belt in an hour, if things go well. Sometimes it takes considerably longer if things don't go right, but I usually make up time on the front belt. I rarely take more than 4.7 hours total.
The first few I did took me all day.
This is the problem we are facing, lots of jobs on this vehicle are a steep learning curve, we are in a lucky position to have spent at least a couple of years learning these.
Once you have the coolant pipe, looms, etc out the way a very small child can get their hands in .... the cover etc comes out over the top of the HP pump, there is no quick silver bullets though, it's a pain.
