Thought it unusual that it would only strike up, immediately after opening injector pipes, to bleed them. It would then run for between 3-15 seconds each time.
Turns out, I had replaced the injector leak off washers (with holes in), with normal copper washers (without holes in), that were in the head set. DOH! 
Replaced them and it cracked up straight away.
