Intermittant hesitation/mis-fire fault. Can rev and drive ok. Engine has had no faults. Had one fault code P0089 fuel pressure regulator 1 performance.
Engine can rev ok but when fault occures it happens hard acceloration from 2300 to 2900 feels like a bad mis-fire. Fault code was cleared when fault occured code reappeared.
Have been told that it is fuel distribution valve with sensor but cannot buy this sensor on its own or it can be pressure valve on injection pump. Its a new vehicle to us apart from its MOT last year and has had no problems before.
