hi thanks for the replies my reasoning for a leek test on the injectors is because the po3 is a fueling/ignition code and the car randomly drops into limp, i could not pick out any problems with the live data the fuel pressure looked to be steady. but the problem is that i could not replicate the fault.

tony. thanks for the reply do you know what current one of the heaters should draw from cold and how long they should take to glow i did test the glow plug relay supply for drop in voltage both to and from the relay and at the preheaters all tests were below .5v and the vehicle was switching the heaters on from cold.
also the coolent temp tested ok with no dropouts from cold and up to temp.


the only thing im not sure of is the time it took to glow plugs to full heat thought 5 sec was a little slow but thought as all of them did the same should be ok.

any pointers greatfully apreciated
