Hi

Anyone had this type of fault, vehicle has a divided fuel tank and relys on a suction system to draw fuel across. The problem I have is that it runs out of fuel, one side is OK and I think that it has switched sides once !!! sorry for poor info but other people at my place have looked at it.

So far i have fitted a suction pipe a fuel distibutor and recently a new pump. All mentioned parts are internal parts in tank,the wiring diagram sugests that fuel pump has a constant voltage and when i have been to the none start there is a supply and earth present, the car is coming in next week and i will be making fuel run low to re sample fault hopefully, its like a ship in a bottle, two small openings in tank but loads of pipes etc. Am i missing something here

Any technical sugestions welcome
