It is like pulling teeth isn't it!

It must be hard though for folks coming on here, having paid for the privileged & then being replied to as a "petulant child". Maybe the best course of action would be to treat a zero effort request for help, by simply ignoring it. Maybe posters will question why they have not had a response & perhaps try harder.
