I would be inclined to fill additive tank & reset all counters to zero.
Disconnect scanner & within one minute remove diesel filler cap, leave off for at least 5 seconds then refit diesel filler cap.
The P1351 glow plugs code may interfere with filter regeneration, it probably needs new glow plugs.
