When this vehicle came in, we noticed that the engine warning light was on. Fault codes stored;
Cam & crank fault codes.

Replace cambelt kit, since then the customer reports.. and we have confirmed that when its cold it takes a while to start. Once its been started its then fine.
Belt was a bit of a pig to get on, we are pretty sure timing is ok. The pump pulley is not in time, but as its common rail we thought this would be ok.
Haven't got the van back in yet, its coming in sometime over christmas. The cam & crank fault codes are still coming up.. Just strange how it started ok before we did cambelt. Unless what ever is causing these fault codes has got worse.

So havent really tested anything yet, just after some thoughts!
