Thanks for these posts, have heard about wiring harness, chap I know who worked for l rover recently said they used to pinch connector a bit tighter on pressure sensor on rail, he thought harnesses were unnessarsary....?
Is the O ring in the regulator on the pump?

Dave, good question, solus reads this at 3.9 bar, I have renewed the fuel filter (inner wing osr), and you can hear the pump running, it had enough pressure to create small leak off when not running, hence injector change, it also carried out self bleed sucsesfully and started well after injector change.
New injectors fitted now leak off evenly but not dramatically different from old ones.
