Car was a non starter, leak off test on injectors showed cyl3 severe leak and nearly nothing on the others.
Had cyl 3 reconditioned.
Replaced to find a lot of smoke on test drive and occasional diesel knock under power but car has heaps of power and no misfires.
Let customer take car to see if it clears. 200+ miles and a day later its got a bit worse. RAC are bringing it back as we speak.

I plan to do spill test first then if thats ok send injector back to be re checked.

Has anyone had these problems before?
