I had a similar fault on a Fiat Ducato.
It would cut out at 60mph and cycling the ignition would make it start again.The fault on that one was an internal crack in an injector causing pressure leakage at high pressures.
The ecu must be detecting a drop in pressure to cut the engine or it would just go into limp mode.My advice would be to have the other injectors tested under high pressure.
