Thanks for taking time to reply, I checked for fuel contamination that was o.k. The vehicle had not been through water, checked fuel pressure and compressions all good. Traced the misfire to cylinder number five so i swapped injector four and five around and the misfire followed the injector. Renewed number five injector and renewed number four injector sealing washers, recoded the injector and everything is fine. Thanks again.
