Everyday I get phone calls from My customers asking me similar questions to the one you ask.
As I read your post it is immediately obvious you may have a supply or relay problem even without extracting DTCs. The DTCs suggest this too.
Your post highlights the need for training, understanding and accurate technical information and wiring diagrams in order for you to progress with this job without resorting to silver bullets or guesswork.
Don't get me wrong sometimes silver bullets are great and they allow you to fix a job much quicker than trying to work out for yourself whats wrong. (In the right circumstsances).
If I get a call from a colleague(not a client) who is stuck on a job or stuck for time, I will gladly help him out either via a forum or direct on the telephone/email if I know that person to be generally knowledgeable and willing to do his homework most of the time. And he will have usually helped me in the past. But if I was asked the question above I would say one of two things, Book it in and I will have a look (at a cost) or go buy some wiring diagrams and tech info and go work it out for yourself.
This is not intended to offend or upset anybody (but I am sure it will). I make no apologies for it either. But hopefully it will make Techs think about what they are doing and either get themselves in a position to fix these problems themselves or send it to someone else that can.
