Where in he circuit did you scope your pump ? I traced fault on mine to a fuel pump relay fault, locate behind glove box. ( AD relay layout data is incorrect

I would agree pump trace is bad, could be you problem.
I had a E46 with this fault code, intermittent non start. Mine had 2 pumps, one in tank one under floor. both pump scope traces OK on mine.
