Year of Manufacture *: 2004 Engine Code or CC *: RHY 2.0 ( Optional ) Scanner Used: SOLUS/PEUGEOT PLANNET
Hi, i have a 2.0 hdi 54 plate 206 with a lack of power. Customer has had it into another garage with the same fault, they noted a fault code of p0100 and replaced the air flow meter and all was well for a week. Engine light/anti-pollution fault came back on, went in with solus and p0100 code was stored. Checked all wiring to/around air flow meter, all ok. Noted air flow meter was a cheap non genuine one so borrowed one off another car road tested it and still short on power. I looked at live data and the air flow rate at idle was 20mg/s and 3000rpm was 186ms/s in comparison to a another 307 hdi it seemed low. (i got 42mg/s at idle and +300mg/s at 3000rpm) I have cleared the code and i have done 10+miles in the car and dtc has not come back. open to any suggestions or ideas. Cheers Nick.
