Fitted secondhad engine supplied by customer,he road tested vehicle before engine was removed and all was ok so he has told me.Fitted unit now have these problems.No Power on road like turbo boost not working black smoke checked boost on live data all ok,crank sensor/cam sensor all ok air flow meter all ok egr data all ok but also has a missfire on acceleration between 1500 rpm 4000rpm more noticeable in workshop,fine on starting and tickover also a lot of black smoke when reved, emmisions over 5 on smoke test.Any ideas before i start replacing parts,have heard injector supply looms can fail? Have removed exhaust from turbo no difference no blockages i think,all filters new.
