This van had been fitted with a new turbo and new camshaft kit, in an attempt to cure the overboost fault. Eventually found the cause was vacuum pipes to N75 turbo solenoid were fitted incorrectly. The output to turbo wastegate was fitted to the vacuum inlet on valve and vacuum was routed to outlet port. Simple fix,but difficult to find as the vac. pipes are all black not easy to trace.
