Replacement is pretty straightforward EXCEPT that the nut on the actuator rod is tucked behind the turbo and is inaccessible.
You might be able to get at it with a small 10mm half moon spanner but I think it would be a struggle even with that.
You need a "Sharper" angle than a normal half moon.
I took a 10mm combination spanner and using a oxy-torch, bent it at right angles about an inch back from the ring end. I then made a more gentle bend in the same direction at the other end.
(If that makes sense)
(I tried to create some ASCI-Art to illustrate but the message board will not accept multiple spaces?? )
With such a tool, job becomes much easier.
