Year of Manufacture *: 2010
Engine Size and Code *: 1600 HDIFiesta, 2010 model with the Peugeot 1.6 HDI engine.
Just been replacing the EGR valve and i noticed that the bracket on the metal EGR pipe was chafing a nice cut into the glow plug loom.
Removed pipe, ground a nice cutaway section into the bracket. Future fault avoided.
One to watch out for.
