I think you may need someone with ids
In my experience the transits are a 5 min job but the connect is a full software update requiring a in-code for the pats.
As Craig has said
For some reason this one was slightly different to all the others I have done and basically required a full software update and reinitialising of the PATS system!
I found this out like Craig, one friday afternoon while the owner waited.
