Help find the pattern-Antique Spode Copeland Gilman Collamore Posted by Tony Panian on June 23, 2026, 5:11 pm Seeking Identification of Antique Spode Copeland Blue Transferware Pattern I am trying to identify a blue transferware pattern on a partial service consisting of: 9 dinner plates (10 3/8") 9 wide-rim soup bowls Backstamp: GILMAN COLLAMORE & CO. 5th Ave. & 30th Street New York over SPODE COPELAND'S CHINA ENGLAND Pattern characteristics: Deep cobalt blue transferware Chinese scenic center with pagodas, bridge, boats, islands, and flowering tree Elaborate border with shell/cartouche motifs, diaper panels, Greek key elements, floral garlands, and scrollwork Not Blue Italian Not Willow Not Mandarin (unless an uncommon variant) Impressed marks found on various pieces include: Plates: U / J12 O / O11 Soup bowls: F / U11 (or O11) F12 F / Y11 U / N10 I am looking for: Exact Spode/Copeland pattern name or number. Approximate production dates. Any catalog references, pattern book references, or auction records. Confirmation of the Gilman Collamore retailer attribution. Photos attached.

The assigned title is Temple Landscape II. First produced in the 1860's. The database record is for the earlier version. The company re-introduced the pattern in the first quarter of the 20th century. Your impressed date marks tell you that these items were produce in 19ll and 1912. The letter preceding the year refers to the month, i.e., F for February.

Have you checked the Database yet? Even though likely 20th century, it could be a re-issue of an earlier produced pattern.

So your date marks indicate that they were still importing their products well into the first quarter of the 20th century.
