"PG" Embossed Mark

I have a child's miniature Toy Platter transfer printed in brown in a design similar to the Aesthetic Movement. "PG" is embossed on the reverse. It is the shape W.Ridgway used, but is much heavier. Is it possible that this could be a Patterson piece from Gateshead ? Measures: 5.5" W x 4" D x .675" H. Thank you

According to Godden's marks book, Sampson Bridgwood used a PG mark on its Parisian Granite wares.

Though the mark he shows is printed, and includes the word Limoges, perhaps in an attempt to deceive? Though the Patterson potteries used various initial marks I can't find record that PG was one of them.
