As a collector of old pottery and glassware, I acquired these two pieces and would like to know more about the provenance of the pieces. I am possibly looking to sell and am not sure what the best place would be to find the right audience. Any information and advice would be welcome. For clarity, they currently have a good spot in my collection.
These are views of Clare College, Cambridge, with King's College Chapel seen beyond, and are based on an 1819 print by William Mason. It is probably by James Keeling, who potted 1790-1832, but a marked piece has, as far as I know, never been found. Very nice!
