I uncovered these tiles under several layers of paint on an old fireplace in the Scottish borders Posted by Sam Cornwell on March 6, 2025, 1:48 pm Hello, first time posting here, I hope I’m doing this right. I have discovered the world of transferware tiles and I think it’s fantastic. Today we had an inkling that the tiles on a fireplace that we were working on had been painted over, so we spent some time removing the paint and uncovered these lovely looking things. Are these listed in the database? I’ve attempted to search but I don’t think that function is working properly. 6 sided die roll

There are 340 Aesthetic category tiles and 1351 total tiles in the DB. I'll notify our DB General Editor, perhaps he can help. And I'll post your image on our Facebook page, hoping someone has seen it before. Thanks for your post!
