I think the impressed mark reads "Best Goods", which I have on a Romantic pattern cup plate, ca. 1840s or 1850s. The printed mark resembles a couple that say "Staffordshire Stone China". Connie Rogers illustrates several in her book on the Willow pattern, and says it was a standard mark used by a number of makers that added their own names and initials. Without the maker marks it's impossible to say who might have made a particular piece. I have not been able to attribute the Best Goods mark either. Wish I could be more help!
