Has anyone ever seen a pattern and/or rim border strikingly similar to French Groups like the one in the attached images? I have two sherds from an archaeological site dating to the 1820s to about 1870-1880s. One is from a large restricted neck vessel with both sides decorated in blue. The second is is a holloware but not so restricted opening but with the same double sided decorated in blue with flower motifs similar to French groups and open dots with the daggers or crosses hanging down from them.
