Hello, I have in my collection a "Peacock" pattern child's plate (Database pattern #11134). The database questions the maker as Elsmore & Son, however, mine is stamped. Therefore, I can confirm that it was produced by Elsmore & Son. I will attach a photo and I hope that the database can be updated. Thanks!
