The printed mark gives all the information there is to know as to pattern name and maker. I can't read the impressed anchor mark very well, but if there are numbers on either side of the anchor that will give the year the pot itself was made (for instance, a 5 and a 2 would mean the piece was potted in 1852). The printed pattern itself would probably date to about the same time.
