Sorry, Bri, I have not been able to find this pattern either. The cursive 'M' in the mark looks very like that used by the Minton factory in some of its marks, so that would be my first guess as to attribution. The 2754 or 2954 pattern number relates to the added painted decoration; the same printed Bird Eye pattern might be found with a different pattern number depending on the added decoration.
