Hi Lindsay. This is a gorgeous platter! I feel like I've seen this pattern before, but it's not in our database and I can't find any info on it. It is very typical of c. 1880 Aesthetic transferware. As gorgeous as it is, however, I would not list it for $400. If you love it and think it's worth that much, buy it and enjoy it. But rest assured, you can find similar platters for half that price. I'm sorry I can't give you more information.
