Hi Kevin. This mark is for the Phileau pattern, which was manufactured by G.W. Turner & Sons of Tunstall. Turner operated 1873-1895. We have eleven examples of the pattern in our database (same border, different central scenes) but I can't match your sherd to any of them. I attach a sample pattern and mark so you can see what it's like.
