Hi Julie. According to Wikipedia H.G. Stephenson was located in the Barton Arcade in Manchester from 1868 to the late 1960s. Any Copeland mark including the name England would date no earlier than the 1890s. Hard to know the rarity without a picture but generally any piece that has been broken and glued would have very little or no value. Thanks for your inquiry.
