Hello Sheridan, thank you for your post. Several of us have discussed your dish, and the consensus is that we have doubts that it's from the 18th or 19th century (the focus of our group). It may be of a more recent production. We are also uncertain whether it is transferware. We do not recognize the impressed mark. Wish we could be of greater assistance.
