Just found this 9 3/4" pierced plate & am looking to ID it.Depicts a European fishing scene. The logo on the back looks like a heart shape topped by a small star, initials inside heart.
Two holes in the rim for hanging.Transfer seems quite basic.I'm guessing this is UK (not China).
