I was unable to find this pattern/tile in the Database. Looks like it is part of the Dutch Border series of tiles based on etchings by Samuel Howitt. Believe it is called Swan & Raven by Minton Hollins & Co. It also has the Kite Mark on the back, however not too legible. See attached.
