Good afternoon

I was wondering if anyone can shed any light on when and who made this platter? It has Albion stamped to the back which I understand is likely to be referring to the pattern rather than the pottery? The initials below appear to say G&F and possibly an O or C below but this could also be part of the pattern. Photos attached Many thanks for any thoughts
