Hi Sandra. Spectacular plate! The database has a plate featuring the arms of the Salters' Company of London ("Sal Sapit Omnia", pattern #12708) that has the same border and Du Croz retailer's mark. It is dated 1827 and by Hicks, Meigh & Johnson, so it seems likely that pottery also produced this piece. I have not found the crest yet but will keep looking!
