Hi all, I have a large collection of wedgwood edinburg that sees occasional use. It's an 1880s aesthetic movement set. Recently one piece started showing some signs of bleed on the pattern. Not sure if a particular food caused this, condition issue with the piece, or something else. Has anyone else run into this? If someone could give more info about this or general care/best practices for use that would be great. I am not a serious collector of transferware outside of this pattern so hoping the community knowledge base can help keep these pieces safe and in use. Thanks kindly. |
