Only caught this now... Writing as the chief executive of the charity that runs Middleport Pottery in Stoke, where Burleigh are based (and as an archaeologist), Burgess & Leigh is the last pottery firm in Staffordshire that produces traditional transfer-printed ceramics using tissue transfer techniques. That doesn't preclude the existence of small-scale companies or individuals using similar techniques (as with Calamityware in Pittsburgh, PA), but I think that the claim on the Wikipedia page is that Burleigh is the last pottery to still manufacture transfer prints (which is a little awkwardly phrased since the pottery itself is Middleport, but the intent seems reasonably clear to me).
