This pattern was by the partnership of Wood & Challinor, 1824-1827. It is a Romantic dinnerware pattern with different central scenes depending on what part of the dinner service a pattern is printed on. For example, we have your central scene on a dinner plate already in the database, but another size plate has a different view. It is practically the same pattern produced by Ralph Stevenson and it's speculated that Wood & Challinor might have acquired the copper plates for the pattern after Stevenson went out of business. It was common for different potteries to use the same name for a pattern, whatever they thought might attract interest or increase sales - it didn't necessarily have to have anything to do with the pattern itself.
