The mark looks like Spode in upper and lower case. The pattern matches two early pieces on the Spode website. One is a 1785 tea cup on the "Early" page and the other example from 1800 on the "Willow" page. The birds are the same except for the swallow tails (a double tail). The fence is very distinctive, with three alternating designs. The bridge with five arches underneath is seen on few makers' versions of WILLOW.
