We don't have the exact pattern on your pink creamer although we have one with the same subject in the database titled Royal Children, Windsor Castle, pattern ID#3679. We show a couple of pieces from a children's toy china set which your creamer seems to be; however, the set we show is multicolored with a different border. It is a charming scene, even though it is cut off a bit at the bottom. The Royal Children are riding around the grounds of the Windsor Castle, one of the royal palaces, located west of London.
