Where do we start? First it is best to list and illustrate everything that you know about the china you want identifying, right at the beginning. You are asking busy people to pause and do some work for you, so help them by telling them all you know up front.
All pieces have the Copeland B impressed mark? Is there a letter over two numerals impressed anywhere - they may vary a little from piece to piece? The presence or lack of such a mark is crucial to dating. Is there any backstamp PRINTED on any piece? The impressed Copeland over B was used from about 1860 to 1895, although you would expect England to be added after 1891?
You mention Macaw pattern, which suggests you know a little about this china already?
The design of vase with flowers and small side table is Pekin pattern, which was registered by Copeland 6 September 1864. The registered design had a different border and this greek key border is in a factory pattern book compiled between 1868 and 1879. If there is no impressed date code, a practice which began in 1870, then your china most likely dates from the late 1860s. It may well not have had a pattern name, but was simply a variant of Pekin with Greek Key border. The Copeland Spode factory produced probably in excess of 100,000 patterns and many were variants and combinations, which were not always graced with a pattern name.
