I saw your posting this morning and have done some research on it. We have a similar pattern in the database with a stippled blue background and white pattern elements. It is on a 4 inch child's plate and has no pattern name; however, the initials which are also found on your mark are G & H. I believe the maker to be Goodwins & Harris in business c. 1831-38 in Lane End, Staffordshire. Geoffrey Godden tells us in his book of marks that the firm used an image of a lion surmounting a crown on printed marks. We have two different examples of that combination. The mark on your bowl is more elaborate. Imperial Filligree could possibly be the name of the pattern. Thank you for contacting us.
