The families name was Daniel, the particular piece I was having problems attributing was made by Walter Daniel probably around 1795-1800. I purchase the piece at a small London antiques fair, it is a large rectangular indented meat platter (16.5" x 13.25"). I now know the pattern is Parasol Willow (thanks to the TCC). Walter (b 1749, d. 1818) was my GGGG uncle, but was one of the lesser known of the Daniel clan, mainly due to him rarely marking his wares.
