Pattern (deliberately?) misidentified on Ebay

Does anyone have a suggestion about how to approach an Ebay seller who has misidentified a transferware pattern and won't change their headline? http://www.ebay.com/itm/181387888155?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
Our database has tentatively named this pattern as "Exhuberant Flowers" item 9915, but the seller says that it is Wedgwood "Hibiscus." What's your opinion?
