Sandhurst Military Academy vase by Kenilworth

I have an unusual, almost spherical vase with 5 circular holes in the top. Approx 5 inches diameter. It's decorated with a (blue and white) image of Sandhurst Military Academy (titled Camberley on the image) and on the reverse is an image of a soldier bent over a chair about to be beaten with a paddle titled "Smith 9? Half Military Discipline", plus 2 smaller ovals of a house on either side. All within a floral (chintz?) pattern. Base is marked Kenilworth (in a floral swag border) and Registration Applied For in a box beneath. I have found a jar by Kenilworth sold on ebay recently but nothing with the military images. Any information would be gratefully received.
