I can't give you an ID on the pattern or maker. However, I can say that we've found similar patterns at Warner (dates back to 1841) in Brighton, MI that date to the late 19th century. Patterns such as "Premier" by J & G Meakin (circa mid 1890s) and "Trentham" by Edge, Malkin & Co (1887/1888) have been found in brown with the floral/aesthetic pattern similar to the one on your sherds. Four dinner plates in "Trentham" were in my grandmother's collection and we found sherds in the sheet midden around the house. Most of the "Premier" was dumped in an 18" diameter well around 1910 with an assemblage including coffee/tea cups, saucers, dinner plates, a tureen, among other items. From what I've been able to gather, the floral/aesthetic patterns became popular at least in MI in the 1880s & 1890s especially in brown but I have seen them in blue before. Best of luck on your research.
Tim
