I'm not sure if this is much help, but your sherd is similar to some of the late 19th century material that we pulled out of a dry set stone well at an archaeological site in MI. Newspaper accounts have confirmed that the deposits were made in April 1910. Much of the last quarter of the 19th century material that we find at the site is made outside Staffordshire, in countries such as Germany, Prussia, and the US. Much of it is thin walled, hard paste porcelain and quite a bit hand decorated with gold accents. My guess is that your sherd dates to the last quarter of the 19th century or even more recent. At least on our samples, many patterns were not named. Do you have any other information related to the sherd?
Tim
